Raring to go back in 1981 the newly formed Whitecap Boys started with three teams in the Southend Junior League. The club was run by ex Southend United man Ray White with former West Ham ace Paul Heffer. The club started by running saturday afternoon training sessions for boys aged between 7 and 10 years old. We now have 7 teams in the South East Essex Primary League, 8 teams in the Southend & District Sunday Junior League , 1 Ladies team in the Essex County Womens Football League and 3 Seniors men teams in the Sunday Sceptre League.
